SMODIA2015 Statistical Methods for Data Integration and Analysis, 14-16 September, Valencia, Spain
This workshop aims to bring together researchers in the fields of biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, biostatistics, machine learning, data mining, and pattern recognition that work on the analysis of omics data (e.g., transcriptomics, metabolomics, genomics) and particularly researchers that focus on developing new methods of integrating data, integrating their visualization, and integrating analysis of […]
Martín Durán visits CIPF within the DEANN Project
Martín Durán formal member of CONICET visits the Genomic of the Gene Expression Lab with the purpose to acquire knowledge regarding NGS RNA-seq data analysis and data bases with the idea to be able to perform this type of analysis on his data samples for a correct interpretation.
Carme Nuño participates in the GGE Lab
Carme Nuño, Master Degree student in Biomedical Biothecnology at the Univertity Polithecnic of Valencia (UPV) will practice and learn within the Geneomic of Gene Expression Lab how to perform bioinformatic data analysis methods from biologial samples. The mail toll used will be the R-bioconductor package in addition to RNA-seq methods and NGS techniques. Welcome to our group!
