José Antonio Corona Gómez from LANGEBIO-CINVESTAV visits CIPF within the DEANN Project for a period of over a month.
The aim of this visit is to learn to implement bioinformatic tools for the assembly and annotated genomes and metagenomes. His specific objectives are: Automated pipeline for genome sequencing and assembly, struactutal annotation of genomes and functional annotation of genomes and metagenomes.
