First out of the 5 days sessions which is taking place at the Principe Felipe Research Center. This is the first transciptomic course taking place this year.
The areas covered today are Introduction to NGS and experimental design, Introduction to Linux and command line, Introduction to R and NGS bioconductor packages.
Theoretical and practical sessions are to be combined during the whole duration of the course.
