Alejandro Cárdenas from INMEGEN visits CIPF for a period of two months as Early Stage Researcher within the DEANN project.
Alejandro will learn and get experience in the analysis, processing and data integration from new generation data sequencing platforms. He will learn and use algorithims focus on RNA-SEQ integration and epigenomic platforms with the idea to adjust the probabilistic graphic model, keypoint in his thesis.
