Luis José Delaye from CINVESTAV Mexico visits CIPF for a period of over three months as Experinced Researcher within the DEANN project.
During his visit, Luis will work on the genomics of two different microorganisms. On the first place, he will work on genomics of the fungi Pneumocystis. Since he is generating new data, his first objective will be to analyse this data with Qualimap and annotate theses sequences with reconstruction of the host-endosymbiont with Paintomics.
