Pre-Doc Gabriela Merino from Córdoba (Argentina) is visiting CIPF under the DEANN project . During the three months that she will work directly with the Genomic of Gene Expression Lab she will acquire experience in the analysis of RNA-seq experiments and will work with alternative isoforms and variant detection.
Her visit will foster collaborations between GGE Lab at CIPF and the Biosciences Data Mining Group lead by Dr. Elmer Andrés Fernández.
