The Genomics of Gene Expression Lab has become member of the National Institute of Bioinformatics (INB) and ELIXIR (an intergovernmental organisation that brings together life science computational resources from across Europe).

Alejandro and Jorge win master’s thesis awards
Congratulations to Jorge and Alejandro from the ConesaLab for winning the University of Valencia award for linguistic quality in a Master’s thesis. Also, Jorge won the 2022 Best Bioinformatics Masters Thesis Award. Congratulations to both and keep up the good work!

PhD position within the LongTREC programme
The ConesaLab is the coordinator of the LongTREC programme: a Doctoral Network of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie action program (MSCA-DN) that will develop methods and tools for the analysis of transcriptomic data obtained with the most recent single-molecule, long-reads sequencing technologies.
